 |
Deliveries can be made to most countries.
Deliveries originate from the Mail Order Department in Sydney,
Australia. An estimated price will be indicated during the checkout,
however, this is charge is subject to change depending on the
country the goods are to be sent to. A sales member will advise
you by email if the delivery charge is not enough. |

Prices
 |
Prices will be indicated during the checkout
process determined by the weight, delivery method or dollar
value of the order. Prices include GST. |

Weight
 |
An estimated weight of your order will be calculated
and displayed during the checkout to help indicate which delivery
method you should use. The weight is calculated by the greater
of weight or volume. Please note: The weight indicated will
be approximate and does not allow for the carton or packaging. |

Dangerous and Heavy Goods
 |
Aerosols, flammable, heavy and bulky items cannot
be sent by air or post. An indication in the checkout will appear
if your order falls into this category. |

Transit Goods Insurance
 |
If you do wish to insure, insurance will cost
1% of the order value and we are happy to arrange this on your
behalf. This insurance also covers goods DAMAGED in transit.
Insurance will cost $1 for every $100 value or PART THEREOF.
In other words if your order is for $145.00 the insurance will
be $2.00. We do not automatically insure unless you specify
it. If you don't select insurance you are NOT insured. |

Damaged Goods
 |
The same basic principals apply to goods damaged
in transit as goods missing. If you suspect that the parcel
has suffered to the point where the goods inside are damaged
- do not open the parcel. Contact the carrier. |
